Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print, ensuring a trackable and secure transit back to our facility.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all ear tips, cables, and charging cases, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
